REPORT ON SCIENCE ACTIVITIES (2023-24)
Various science activities were conducted as per the schedule given by KVS RO Chennai.
National Children’s Science Congress – NCSC
NCSC was conducted at school level and Five students were selected under the given sub themes to participate in the Regional level NCSC. P.PRICY of IX B was selected for National level. She participated the same at KV1 Agra.
Rashtriya Bal Vaigyanik Pradarshani (RBVP)
School level Science exhibition was conducted in a grand manner in which 567 students from VI to XII were participated. Five students were selected to participate in the Regional level. P.Aadesh of class X D was selected to participate in the National level. He participated the same at KV Bhuvaneshwar
INSPIRE
5 students were nominated for inspire award. Vatsal Singh of class VIII is selected for the scheme and Rs.10000 is granted to him.
Science Olympiod Foundation Exam – SOF
130 students participated in the SOF examination.
Vidhyarthi Vaigyan Mantham VVM
10 students participated in the online test. Sri Sundareswari of class XI B was selected for the second level.
Identification of Adulterants in food – Experiential learning
Demonstration done by the teachers. 707 students were registered & performed the activities
PRAYAS – Promotion of research attitude in young and aspiring students.
2 students with a guide teacher and a resource person were registered.
Soil Health
School Soil health Program is an ongoing program. 21 students and 3 Science teachers were registered.
